Terms and conditions
1. A 25% deposit is required within 5 working days of your booking being confirmed with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival. A booking can be made by telephone or by completing the booking form which will be submitted via e-mail.
2. A refundable damage deposit of £50.00 is required with payment of the balance.
3. Guests are requested to arrive after 1.30p.m on the day of arrival and are requested to leave by 10.30 a.m.
4. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must provide their own bed linen and towels.
5. Electricity is charged via a 50p coin meter.
6. Deposits are only refundable up to four weeks before the date of arrival.
7. Smoking is not permitted in the bungalow.
8. Pets are not permitted in the bungalow.
9. The owners cannot accept liability for loss or damage to guests' property or for personal injury.
10. Guests are requested to leave the bungalow in the same good condition as found on arrival. All breakages must be paid for.
