57 Oxwich Leisure Park

The bungalow has recently been modernised and decorated throughout to a very high specification.   

The front of the property has a southerly aspect which enjoys sunshine until late afternoon. It is situated on a privately owned leisure park which is a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach at Oxwich Bay.

The grounds of the park are very well maintained with plenty of green areas for children to run around. The bungalow has its own  allocated parking space.

Bedroom 1

 Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and, like the rest of the bungalow, is double glazed.

The bathroom

The bathroom is stylish and modern with an electric shower cubicle.

The lounge

The lounge is light and airy with oak flooring. Patio doors lead out onto the front terrace.

It is furnished with a 3 seater leather settee and a double metal action sofa bed.

There is a table and chairs for dining.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 contains bunk beds and a large wardrobe. The airing cupboard is housed in this room which contains the electric meter.

The kitchen

The kitchen is compact and modern with a fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob and also a washing machine. It is well stocked with the usual cooking utensils and crockery.
